New Menu Items
Executive Chef, Mark Glotfelty, is continually adding new menu items to our database of exquisite cuisine. The latest creations were inspired by ethnic foods from around the world including Brazilian, Middle Eastern, Persian, Spanish and Mediterranean delicacies.
Some of the most recent additions include:
-Mint Marinated Shrimp with Tabbouleh, Tomatoes and Feta
-Grilled Lamb Chops with Couscous and Zucchini Raita
-Baked Red Snapper Sao Paulo
-Mejillones Rellenos
-Pechugas de Pollo Empanadas con Fritada
-Crema Catalana
-Orange Flan with Turbinado Sugar
