Buckaroo Ball Catered By Footers

Footers will be catering the 6th annual Buckaroo Ball on August 25th, 2007. The event is a benefit for the Children's Hospital Research Institute in Denver, Colorado.

This year's event will feature carriage rides, cutting horse competition, ceremonial dancers, a fashion show, a silent and live auction and a live concert by Diamond Rio.

Footers Catering, a top Denver Caterer, will be serving a unique Western-themed catering menu, including hors d'oeuvres, a family style salad with rattlesnake breadsticks, top sirloin steaks, grilled chicken breasts with apple cranberry chutney, baked sweet potatoes, grilled vegetables, homemade cornbread and bread pudding topped with hard scotch whipped cream for dessert.
