Footers’ own new Pastry Chef John Roccaforte shares creativity and a little Southern hospitality with his favorite desserts and pastries. Fresh from Grove Park Inn Resort and Spa in North Carolina, John brings new sensations to our region and offers Footers’ Menu some rich treats, including Chocolate & Cherry Mousse Terrine, Pumpkin & Mascarpone Tiramisu and Apple Frangipane Tart. That’s not all. In addition to Footers’ already carefully selected dessert menu offerings, John can custom design and decorate almost any delectable that you desire. If you need a theme cake or special expression for the finale of your event, just ask about the possibilities. All are baked from scratch in our kitchen.
John brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to Footers Catering. A native Coloradan, he attended New England Culinary Institute and brings the flavors and culinary traditions of the East Coast to the Rocky Mountains. His self-professed love of chocolate and sugar combinations still spark his imagination and amaze guests at every event.
