Our sterling reputation wasn't built overnight, and our professionally trained and experienced staff knows how to provide a calm and organized environment for your event.
As the premier catering company in Colorado, we've hired each individual to fill a specific role in all aspects of our event production:
- Banquet Captain - Oversees your entire event, making sure that all details are executed according to party timeline. The Captain is your main point of contact.
- Chef - Prepares your menu, cooks on-site, and presents your customized cuisine on each plate or the buffet.
- Wait Staff - Serves the food to your guests, and continues to clear plates throughout the party, presenting cleanliness and seamless service.
- Bartender - All of our bartenders must pass our bartending exam. They are taught how to set up an efficiently organized bar, and are also trained in responsible serving.
